NO SHOW POLICY

At Port Elgin Veterinary Clinic, we understand that your time is precious, and so is ours. To ensure that we can provide the best care for all our patients, we will be increasing our no-show fees for missed appointments. We hope that this change helps us accommodate more pets in need of our services and maintain the high standard of care you expect.

• Missed appointments with our Veterinarians will result is a $100.00 no show fee. Missed appointments with our nursing support staff will result in a $50.00 no show fee.
• Should 2 or more appointments be missed without giving the clinic ample notice, you may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as you are able too.
