Chelsea started working at Port Elgin Veterinary Clinic in August of 2023 as a veterinary assistant. She has spent the last few years practicing her skills as a veterinary assistant and holds a diploma from the Stratford Career Institute. What Chelsea enjoys most about her job is helping strengthen the human-animal bond. She loves that not two days are the same and loves the teamwork required to work in veterinary medicine!
Chelsea’s family includes her husband, daughter and 2 dogs (Luna and Penny). Chelsea recently moved to Port Elgin with her family to get a taste of country living.
In her spare time, Chelsea is a super mom to a busy 10-month-old. She enjoys reading, whipping up new recipes for her daughter in the kitchen, weightlifting and going for runs with her dogs.
